The Edge Wave 8" Buffing Pad

We sell The Edge buffing pads because they are the best.  A very simple changing system, color coded pads with each color being a different level of agressiveness.  This is the 8" "wave" buffing pad, which works on all buffing machines except the Porter-Cable Random Orbit Sander system (Which uses the Edge 6" pads, not 8").  The wave is different than the regular Edge pads, in that the Wave allows better air circulation (especially useful to not burn paint if you arent using a random orbit buffer).  The beveled edge of the pads allow you to reach places that are typically very difficult with a regular edged pad.  They are also super easy to clean, especially when you use the Edge Conditioning Brush.  For many years we used regular pads, and we really think that the Edge system is a huge upgrade for any pads you are currently using.  Each pad has a different number of pores per inch (PPI).  The 50ppi pad (Yellow) is one of the more aggressive pads, while the 80ppi pad (White) is incredibly gentle and smooth.  Use aggressive pads on heaver scratches and heavier oxidation, and gentler pads with more pores-per-inch on waxing and super-fine swirl removal.
